Pakistani women's struggle to access job opportunities

Women make up about 49 percent of Pakistan's population. But their participation in the country's economy is less than half of that. The low participation of women in the workforce is not just a gender issue but also an economic loss. Because if half the population is not part of the country's labor force, how will the economy run?
